Charlie Litchfield
A graduate of UC Berkeley and USC Gould School of Law, Charlie started his career in Trust and Estate litigation before developing an expertise in real property transactions and disputes. Never shying away from the challenges each property and project can present, Charlie has filled the roles of hotel general manager, restaurant proprietor, IT specialist, financial analyst, attorney, and real estate broker, among others. His vision for Litchfield Brokers was to create a one-stop shop for people to get the advice and expertise they need to maximize their property's potential.
